At our meeting on Wednesday, January 11, here is what was accomplished:
- NI software and Eclipse IDE were updated
- Organized lab
- Prototyped gear holder
- Started prototyping fuel pickup mechanism
- Re-designed drivetrain to move drive motors out of the way of the fuel pickup mechanism
- Designed mounting bracket for encoders
Our next meeting will be on Saturday, January 14 from 1 to 5. Here’s what we hope to accomplish:
- Update the rest of the firmware on electronics
- Build basic drivetrain and chassis
- Prototype winch
- Finish prototype fuel pickup
- Add vision targets to boiler
